| 1. Client IP address authorization | - You can register in advance to regulate accessible client IP address.
Registration have to be done by TDC on request from your company administrator. - Regulation can be set by unit of whole company/division or department/a person. |
| 2. Password invalidation for onetime recipient |
- Though onetime recipient could try its login password unlimitedly in previous version,
now it's got invalidated after 3 time failure. - Invalidation notice mail will sent to the recipient, and it guides reissue procedure. |
| 3. Download password on attached files |
- Senders can set an original password for attachment files, optionally.
(The specified password will be noticed to recipient by e-mail automatically) - The recipient must enter the password to download the attached files besides his/her login password. |
| 4. Shortening downloadable period |
- Senders now can shorten it's expiration date.
(Normally, sent files will be kept for 30 days (or 15 days for onetime recipient) - It reduces leakage risk, so you can shorten it if the recipient can download promptly. - Also expiration date or keeping days will be shown in the message window. |
| 5. Personal preference (Notification mail switches) |
- D.e-Express sends various notification e-mails, however, you won't receive some of them.
Now you can just turn the switch off on personal preference. |
| 6. Bounced e-mail handling | - D.e-Express will monitor bounced e-mails from onetime addressees to check and alert for the senders. |
| 7. Download notification timing change |
- Downloaded notice will be sent on download start in previous version.
Now it go after completion of downloading of requested file set. |
| 8. Other improvements | - [New message] button won't appear for users who don't have access to sending functions. |
| - Attached files list is moved to upper part of the message detail frame. | |
| - Attached files list is shown compacted right after opened the message detail frame. | |
